Felmont F. Eaves
MD, FACS Founder and CEO
Dr. Eaves is an internationally renowned plastic surgeon and professor of surgery at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a director of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is past president of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. With numerous awards and more than 80 peer-reviewed publications – plus co-authorship of the first textbook on endoscopic plastic surgery – Dr. Eaves has demonstrated a passionate commitment to his field and has pioneered multiple surgical methods and innovative medical devices. He partnered with dynamic, innovative engineers and industrial designers to develop Brijjit™, and he is thrilled to be able to share it with colleagues and their patients.

ALISTAIR SIMPSON
PRESIDENT & COO
Alistair has over 25years of global commercial and business experience in the medical device space. Prior to joining Brijjitco, he was General Manager of the $600M cardiac surgery business at LivaNova PLC. Alistair held senior commercial positions at Danaher Corporation and spent 16 years with J&J in various strategic and commercial roles in Europe and North America. While at J&J, he held global leadership roles managing the $2B suture business. His passion has been in bringing innovative products to market based on deep customer insights.
GARY KNIGHT, MS, MBA
VP RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Gary is an innovation leader with a successful record of developing and leading teams to deliver novel product concept solutions. He combines a deep understanding of the medical device industry with the ability to work closely with clinicians and engineers to turn customer insights into innovative designs. His strengths, gained over 25 years of increasing responsibility with J&J includes strategic thinking, concept development, innovation process, and intellectual property
JOHNNA HAFNER
CHIEF COMMERCIALIZATION OFFICER
Johnna has almost 20 years of experience in all aspects of commercial management for medical devices: marketing, sales,contract/pricing management, brand/product management and P&L management. Formerly the VP, Global Marketing with Surgical Specialties Corp, Johnna has a wealth of knowledge specific to wound closure.
ANNE HARRIS, MBA
CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
Ms. Harris has nearly 30 years of experience in human resource and talent management, both in client-facing HR consulting roles and internal HR leadership roles. She has managed large teams of HR consulting professionals across North America and globally and has been the senior executive leader in several companies, most recently as Executive Vice President of Talent and Culture at TNTP, and before that as VP of HR at Fortna, Inc., North Highland, and Aon Hewitt.
MICHAEL CLEM, DVM, MS, DACVS
DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Dr. Clem has more than 30 years-experience in medical device development and commercialization, most recently having served as VP R&D – Medical for Kaleidoscope, a design, engineering, and innovation consulting practice. Prior to that he served in various leadership capacities in Worldwide Product Development for Johnson & Johnson medical device companies from 1992-2012. Dr. Clem graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Washington State University, prior to completing his residency in surgery at Kansas State University.
DON GRIFFIN, BS, MBA
DIRECTOR, ENGINEERING
Mr. Griffin has more than 25 years experience in the medical device engineering, project management, packaging systems, regulatory and quality, and operations spaces. Most recently he was Director of Engineering at Spinal Elements and Vice President of Operations at Medshape.
